With the final days of the 111th Congress winding down, Democratic leaders on Capitol Hill bet on a last-ditch showdown over immigration reform Wednesday evening as the House of Representatives narrowly approved the DREAM Act — the Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors Act of 2010.
